Welcoming staff and good location to the Festival! Based near to lovely Shanklin, the train station and good bus links and local bus stops. Large unit in the double bedroom downstairs. Bonus point for an electric kettle, central heating, and iron/ironing board.

We spent a very lovely time here, recommend to anyone. The room with nice touches ie biscuits. The location of the hotel was central, next to both shops and transport links, both bus and train stations and the town centre. Had tasty and good meal in the dining room.

Had a really nice stay on my first visit back in 2011, everything was good. The breakfast was delicious and amazing with juice, many options from yoghurt, yoghurt, and the team was welcoming and kept the space fairly clean. The location was good for getting around, as the train station was walk from the hotel. Also, the area was nice. I loved the stay.

Deluxe queen room I stayed at was new-fashioned in the double bedroom. The hotel was in a perfect location near the beach, the town center, and the railway/bus station, lovely Shanklin, and train station.

Very clean room and HELPFUL staff, superb place to stay in the city. After the arrival, we met owner, who was friendly. Enjoyed that there was Hong Kong City with short-orders around 4-6 minutes away by foot from the venue, super convenient.
