The property was spotless with polite and amicable staff. The deluxe twin room was amazing, included a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets. I spent here 5 very nice days and would stay here again.

Had a really nice stay on my first visit back in 2011, everything was good. The breakfast was delicious and amazing with juice, many options from yoghurt, yoghurt, and the team was welcoming and kept the space fairly clean. The location was good for getting around, as the train station was walk from the hotel. Also, the area was nice. I loved the stay.

Overall had great stay on my first visit back in 2011. The breakfast selection was delicious with yoghurt and juice, for instance. Deluxe queen room I stayed at was new-fashioned in the double bedroom. The hotel was in a perfect location near the beach, the town center, and the railway/bus station, lovely Shanklin, and train station.

This classy hotel is modern with amazingly nice staff. The location is perfect and excellent and near the Festival, a beautiful island and shops, seafront and Old Village. Also, it's not too far from a miniature golf course.

Loved my 2 nights stay. The deluxe king room was well-equipped and had an electric kettle, central heating and iron/ironing board. The breakfast was delicious with muesli and yoghurt, for example and served by the exceptionally nice staff. Location: the hotel was right by the beach and Old Shanklin, town centre, coast, shops, railway station and buses and shops. It also was to the best sea front in the UK. The stay was absolutely very nice.

They gave a twin/double room with the double bedroom as we booked. The service was terrific, the food was delicious. Got wake up calls free of charge, not bad too. It was in a central location, close to the station. The downstairs bar was available on the premises.

Very clean room and HELPFUL staff, superb place to stay in the city. After the arrival, we met owner, who was friendly. Enjoyed that there was Hong Kong City with short-orders around 4-6 minutes away by foot from the venue, super convenient.
